We work to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
    • Other Egyptian Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery Limit: For orders over EGP 5000, any amount exceeding this plus delivery fees must be paid in advance, as couriers can only collect up to EGP 5000 in cash.
