At Hoyya ,we want your delivery experience to be smooth, clear, and hassle-free from start to finish.

• Feel free to open your parcel and check your items before the courier leaves.
• Please note: We do not accept partial returns — the entire order must be kept or sent back in full.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Send the original item back to us.
• Once we’ve inspected and approved it, you can choose a replacement.
• Your new item will be shipped right after the return is confirmed.

RETURN POLICY 

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

• You can send your item back within 14 days from the date you receive it.
• Returned items must be in perfect original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
• After we receive your return and it passes inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Card or InstaPay) within 7–14 business days.
• Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.
